DigiCourt is a scheduling and case-tracking platform intended for legal professionals. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
DigiCourt does not provide legal advice. All features are for informational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for your legal decisions or actions based on the app's content.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are auto-renewing up to 1 year and will continue until canceled by the user.
No refunds are provided for any subscription period, including partial months or early cancellations.
Payments are processed via Razorpay through a secure browser window. We do not store or process any card or payment data inside the app.
Auto-Renewable Subscription Title: DigiCourt Pro / DigiCourt Lite / DigiCourt Long-Term Subscription Length: Monthly / 3 Days / 6 Months (depending on the plan you choose) Subscription Price: DigiCourt Lite: ₹399 per 1 month DigiCourt Pro: ₹1099 per 3 months DigiCourt Long-Term: ₹2199 for 6 months Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Case order data is stored temporarily and deleted at the end of each daily cycle. Personal data is deleted immediately upon account closure, except for subscription metadata retained until the end of the billing period.
The app’s live board display relies on data from the Odisha High Court display board. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this external data.
We are not responsible for any legal, financial, or personal consequences arising from the use of DigiCourt. You use the service at your own risk.
This application displays third-party advertisements by default. No purchases or subscriptions are offered within the app. Users may optionally subscribe to our service via our official website to enhance their experience. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the website and are not promoted or accessible from within the app. If a user logs into the app with an account that has an active subscription verified by our backend, in-app advertisements may be disabled automatically. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
